How do I know my donation reached the foundation?

Online gifts are processed by Zenith Bank's GlobalPay platform and you receive a payment confirmation straight away. For bank transfers, send your name and transfer reference to our email and we will confirm receipt personally.

Can I give from outside Nigeria?

Yes. You can pay online in US dollars by card, or transfer to our Zenith Bank USD domiciliary account. If your bank asks for extra details such as a SWIFT code, email us and we will send them.

Can I give my zakat or sadaqah through Radiant Relief?

Yes. Tell us when you give, either in the online form or by email after a transfer, and we will make sure your zakat is kept separate and spent only on those who are eligible to receive it.

How are donations used?

Gifts go toward our education, Qur'anic learning, humanitarian relief and community development work, and a small share keeps the foundation running so that work can continue. Zakat is kept separate and given only to those eligible to receive it.

Can I choose what my gift supports?

You can direct your gift to education, Qur'anic learning, humanitarian relief or health and community development. Gifts marked where it is needed most let us respond quickly to the most urgent need.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. Email us with the date, amount and name on the payment, and we will send a written acknowledgement for your records.
